I’m always amazed and humbled by all the wisdom and talent at The Commons. Here is a speech about kindness one of our younger commoners did for the Hamilton School Board’s Kindness Awards:
“Every time she was bullied, ignored and left out she fought back with something ten times stronger. This little girl defended herself with kindness.”
That sounds a lot like some peacemaking advice from the apostle Paul,
“If your enemies are hungry, feed them; if they are thirsty, give them a drink; for by doing this you will make them burn with shame.” Romans 12:20 (GNT)
Thanks Zoe for helping teach us this valuable lesson.
