We will seek to be INTERACTIVE, INTROSPECTIVE, and INTERGENERATIONAL as we creatively reflect on Jesus’ words recorded in the book of Luke:
“If anyone wants to come with me, they must forget themselves, take up their cross everyday, and follow me.” (Luke 9:23)
We will be imagining what these strange words might have sounded like to the people that witnessed Jesus’ death on the cross.
Much of the gathering is designed to be intergenerational but during our Story Telling segment we well also be running a Stations of the Cross activity geared towards kids. Some childeren might want to hear the stories others might not. Parrents and Kids are welcome to choose what parts of the Gathering work for their dynamic.
Feel free to come back on Sunday at 6pm for a potluck supper.
